Communities

Stretching from the western edge of Greensburg to the Edgar Thompson Works on the Monongahela River, the Turtle Creek watershed includes all or parts of thirty-three municipalities in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.  Without cooperative partnerships with these communities and their elected officials, municipal staffs, local organizations, businesses, and interested residents, TCWA could not hope to be successful in honoring our mission or achieving our goals.
